As i like to call myself a ‘smoothie painter‘, I declare blueberries my favorite smoothie color.
I usually drink it at breakfast and sometimes I enjoy it together with my mokapot espresso.
BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE | PREP TIME: 5′ | SERVINGS: 2
- 2 cups (2 handful) baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk | still water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Blend spinach and liquid until smooth (1′)
- Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1′ or until desired consistency.Enjoy!
*Use frozen blueberries to enjoy a refreshing smoothie.
