The Blueberry Smoothie

As i like to call myself a ‘smoothie painter‘, I declare blueberries my favorite smoothie color.

I usually drink it at breakfast and sometimes I enjoy it together with my mokapot espresso.

 

 

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE | PREP TIME: 5′ | SERVINGS: 2

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups (2 handful) baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk | still water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend spinach and liquid until smooth (1′)
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1′ or until desired consistency.Enjoy!

*Use frozen blueberries to enjoy a refreshing smoothie.
